A Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in teaching and school counselling (Greater Victoria School District), Sarah's approach to private practice counselling rests in a strengths-based and person-centred, communally collaborative approach. Specializing in the neurology of trauma and trauma healing, Sarah focuses much of their energy on supporting clients within the 2slgbtqia+ community as well as disabled and chronically ill individuals.

A neurodivergent and chronically ill spoonie themselves, Sarah's ND specializations are ADHD, Autism, OCD, and DID. They have also extensively worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, childhood & developmental trauma and cPTSD.

Sarah is a certified Trauma and Grief Counsellor and incorporates Animal Assisted Therapy into their practice.
